Christine “Chris” Mason, 67 of Binghamton, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 14,2022.
She was predeceased by her parents Martin (Elizabeth) Beloch Sr; husband, Philip G. Mason, Sr.; son, Martin Mason; brother, Rudolph Beloch and sister, Francine Mason.
She is survived by her son, Philip G. (Janice) Mason Jr. of Kirkwood; seven grandchildren, Philip Mason (Natasha), Brandon Mason, Zachary Mason, Joshua Mason, Nichole Mason, Mackenzie Mason and Grace Sacket; great grandchildren, Elijah Mason, Rosie Mae Mason, and Freya Jordan; aunts, nieces, nephews and friends.
She was a member of SS Cyril & Method Church and enjoyed singing in the choir along with her Mother, Liz. She was a retired bank teller at Key Bank, Binghamton and will be known for her personal service and compassion to her clients she cherished over the years.
Christine always put the needs of others before herself. She loved life and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, especially Nichole, along with her great grandchildren. She also cherished the time spent with her close friend and “sister”, Tina Mason-Schad.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 23rd at 9:00 AM at SS Cyril & Method Church, 148 Clinton Street, Binghamton with a Funeral Mass at 10am offered by Monsignor John Putano. Burial will be at Slovak Catholic Cemetery, Riverside Drive, Binghamton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Chris' memory to her church.
